Signature keynotes

Talks that help people feel seen — and see others.

01

The Art of Seeing People

The signature talk. Through 22 years of stories from stages, sidelines, and behind the camera, EJ walks audiences through the SEE Framework and shows how slowing down to truly see someone changes everything.

02

More Than the Scoreboard

For athletes, parents, coaches, and schools. Drawn from EncouragedYou and years of youth sports, this talk helps everyone remember that every kid in a jersey has a story, and that encouragement wins more than any final score.

03

Lead Like You See Them

For leaders, teams, and organizations. People do their best work when they feel seen. This talk turns the SEE Framework into everyday habits that build trust, stronger teams, and a culture people want to be part of.

Interviews

Live Interviews & Conversations

On-stage interviews and fireside chats that go deeper than the usual questions. EJ makes guests comfortable, draws out the real story, and lets the audience feel like they're part of the conversation.

Plan a conversation

Every audience is a room full of people with a story.

My job is to help them see it.

What audiences walk away with.

  • A simple framework they can use the same day: Slow Down and See, Engage with Intention, Encourage What's Possible.
  • Stories they'll remember, and retell, long after the event ends.
  • A renewed sense that their own story matters.
  • Practical ways to make the people around them feel seen at work, at home, and on the field.

David Thompson · Executive Director
Finds the story worth telling
EJ has a rare ability to see what makes people and organizations special, often before they see it themselves. He doesn't just create content. He finds the story worth telling and brings it to life in a way that connects with people.
Michael Reynolds · CEO
Sees the bigger picture
What impressed me most about EJ wasn't just his creativity. It was his ability to take a complicated idea, simplify it, and turn it into something meaningful. He sees the bigger picture without losing the little details that matter.
Jennifer Collins · Brand Director
EJ is different
I've worked with a lot of creative professionals, but EJ is different. He brings incredible energy, thoughtful strategy, and genuine curiosity to every project. He makes the entire process enjoyable, and the finished product always feels authentic.
Sarah Mitchell · Marketing Director
A true partner
Working with EJ felt less like hiring a creative agency and more like gaining a partner who genuinely cared about our success. He asked better questions, challenged our thinking, and delivered something that exceeded what we originally imagined.

Questions

Before you book.

What topics does EJ speak on?

Every talk comes back to one idea: The Art of Seeing People. EJ shares the SEE Framework (Slow Down and See, Engage with Intention, Encourage What's Possible) and shows how it changes the way we lead, communicate, build teams, parent, and coach. He also speaks to youth sports audiences through EncouragedYou, helping athletes, parents, and coaches see more than the scoreboard.

Can EJ speak virtually?

Yes. Whether your event is in person, online, or a mix of both, EJ brings the same warmth and connection to the room. Virtual talks and workshops are built to keep people engaged, not just watching a screen.

Can talks be customized for our audience?

Always. Before your event, EJ takes time to learn about your people, your goals, and what you want them to walk away with. Then he shapes the stories, examples, and takeaways to fit, so the message feels like it was made for your room, because it was.

How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can. Reaching out a few months ahead gives you the best chance at your date and leaves time to shape the experience around your audience. Working on a shorter timeline? Reach out anyway. If the date is open, EJ would love to make it work. Check availability

What does EJ need from us?

Not much. A microphone, a screen if slides are part of the talk, and a quick conversation beforehand about your audience and schedule. If your event involves travel, those details are worked out together when you book. Share what you're planning and we'll take it from there.
